Samra Partners was founded by Diana Samra, an experienced senior manager and recruitment professional with a strong track record across the Employment Services and Recruitment Industry.
Diana brings extensive experience spanning operational leadership, performance management, and end-to-end recruitment. Her career progression – from Recruitment Consultant through to Account Executive and Senior Management roles – has provided her with a deep, practical understanding of both employer and candidate needs, as well as the operational realities of workforce delivery.
With a results-driven approach, Diana’s expertise includes operational management, strategic planning, data analysis, career development, coaching, team leadership and technical recruiting. She is known for her ability to translate strategy into action, delivering measurable outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance and long-term sustainability.
